Hang in there Neutron Man, it can be challenging and there is a lot to do, but the more you do it and get a set routine going, it will get easier. Something that helped me when I did a pick em a couple of years ago was to have the list of winners next to you either written or typed out (depending on how you tally the scores), and for each team you see for each person, put a tally or some sort of mark by them and go through each person 2-3 times to make sure it's the correct score. Also maybe have the players listed in alphabetical order within their point total, and on whatever you use for tallying scores as you go on, leave the total score from the previous week next to each individual player to help add the points and reorganize your standings.

One last thing to think about, talk with mattash and consider establishing some sort of system for tiebreakers when it comes time for playoffs to help with seeding the 32 teams. I know one option is to look at at each week's weekly points starting at week 10 to break a tie and if still tied, go backwards each week until the tie is broke. Another option is a bonus game where you pick the team and maybe even also predict the total game score over the remaining 8-9 weeks, and if there's a tie, whoever picks the most bonus games correct wins, and if it's still a tie, then add up the total scores and whoever is closest overall wins, and if for some reason it's still tied, then go from the week 10 bonus game backwards, looking 1st at the pick and then the total score if still tied after the pick, and continue onwards until the tie is broke. Yes that's a lot of tie breaking info, but seeding will make a significant difference at the end of the regular season, and sorry for the long post.
