As fgor the game, ZT does have a disrtinct advantage in one important area..... experience. They've been here several times before.

Okay? Thanks for that....I was really just wondering how the 2003 team would do in a playoff game like this one (Many feel that the '03 team is still the best in RV's short school history).

Honestly, we played terrible the end of that year. I'm not sure this team is better talent wise, but they executed better from a game plan standpoint. We wouldn't have fared well in a playoff game that year.

It seems like this team maybe has more fight/dog in them. The 2003 team had some turmoil from what I remember and easily gave in to opponents who smacked them in the mouth. That’s just my opinion though and may not be correct.

35-0, listening to it on the radio doesn't sound like dumb mistakes, sounds like both teams have made a couple mistakes here and there. Trace is the one with the TD called back because of penalty, roughing the punter giving RV 2-3 1st downs because of penalty's

Get ready ZT . I think you'll be there & burg's defense is absolutely incredible. Their run game got stopped quite a bit when it counted. They busted a 33 yd draw. Great 4 wideout passing . They have a solid back that lines up with QB but goes down field & catches anything in his area.
Also a 6'5 receiver.

34-0 Final. RV 10-1st downs on the game 3 by penalty. As I said when this started just didn't think RV could score on Zane Trace. Congrats to River Valley on their season and it sounded on the radio as if you guys had a solid defense really kept this one from being really bad. Zane Trace to take on Alexander in round 2, who defeated RV 22-12.
