Early in the year, it's probably going to be hot and humid . . . I think Fort Frye has more returning players. You don't think The Golden Eagles are going to run out of gas? I think Belpre is going to need to jump on The Cadets early, get a couple of defensive breaks, and hang on late.

The Cadets dominated every facet of this game. IMO the game wasn't even as close as the score. The Eagles best play was probably the opening kickoff return by Adams. The Cadets defense swarmed all game holding them to 6 net yards. Eagles 34 yards on 26 Yards rushing and 22 passing the thing that hurt Belpre was the 50 yards in penalties. Defensively is what impressed me tonight with the Cadets. On offense Casey Lewis had 17 carries 155 yards and 2 TDs. Tate was (9-15) 210 yard 3tds passing. Carpenter 3 catches 111 yards 2 TDs, Clay Baker 3 56 TD , Lockery 1 21. Baker added 51 rushing on 8 carries. Cadets netted 245 Rushing 210 Passing 45 in penalties for out gained net of 410 to 6. Cadets shutdown Belpre star player Dejion Bedgood to 6 carries for (-9) yards.
