Crooksville will not leave the MVL. They hold out hopes the MVL will someday pick up a few teams and go to divisions.

I believe the TVC sent them an invite years back but they declined. Don't quote me on it, but I think that's what happened.
Yes VC wants no part of Warren in boys basketball. And basketball rules VC athletics so it's no surprise that they'll gladly play a pathetic Warren football team but duck them in baseball.

Why don't we just accept them for the sports they suck in, is that the idea?

Yeah, come play football but we aren't interested in anything else. SMH, ridiculous.

Athens and VC the two schools in the conference that dwarf everyone are worried that they may lose, seriously? Grow a pair.

Athens plays Warren in EVERYTHING EVERY year. Makes no difference if its a league game or non league. I could care less if they join or don't join, Athens will still play them every year regardless.

Well, yea, unless Warren would somehow come up with a decent J.V. football team. Then Athens won't be able to come up with anyone to play QB among their 35 J.V. players and will have to duck them.

Trivia question. When is the last time Athens beat NY without an Ohio U. coaches son at QB? I can tell you 1989. Scott Stricklin. Heck thats almost 30 years ago. Keep bragging about beating the school that is not even half your size. And do we want to see how many wins you actually have in the last 25 years in the series between the 2 schools. I didn't think so.
Go Bucks.

Sano beat ny last year. His dad is not an OU coach. 2011, josh Skinner was athens qb - but got injured before NY game.

Sano is an OU coach. He is there strength and conditioning coach. His office is right next to weightroom in Pedan Towers. I see him everyday. I work there

 Some wish for it but we work for it

Ok, I guess you could say coach. But ive always referred to him as strength & development coordinator. Bottom line is though, one player doesnt cause u to win or lose games. The defense led by Ryder & Russell won the game for Athens in 2011.

Actually he is a coach, he is the strength and conditioning coach when he came to Athens, that was his title.

So the strength and conditioning coach at a great D1 university, is not a coach, he's a strength coordinator :D . Man, you should run for political office. How about another bottom line, Would Athens vote No on Warren?

Athens would have zero TVC boys basketball titles if Warren was in the league. ;-)
