Nelsonville, and MAYBE Bellaire since they'll have seen the offense twice, are the only teams somewhat capable of keeping it competitive and I don't see that happening for more than a half either way. They won't be truly tested until the Final 4. Would they get ML or Kirtland in the semifinal?
And have a running clock laid on them by either one of them

People said the same thing about Springfield 2 years ago. Also they played Kirtland in the final 4 few years back and had the ball down a Td in the 4th. Ended up losing 35-18 Kirtland did run one in with a min left. TBH don’t know enough about Kirtland or Marion Local to know if they can put a running clock on Fort Frye. Fort has not had a running clock put on them ever that I remember. They did lose to Newark Catholic in 2016 (41-7) but I believe that was before running clock era.

I don’t think we’d put a running clock on FF. I think it would be a good game

2017 was I think the first or second year of the running clock. Only reason I remember is because River put over 50 on Sciotoville in the first half in the regional semi that year. I’m pretty sure they didn’t get a first down until the last minute of the half and it was about 10 degrees outside that night with the wind.

From Bellaire . Bellaire is much improved from early season, several Defensive starters have been replaced , younger players who did not even play early have come on and are making an impact . I in no way see Bellaire beating FF but the game should be a better game maybe something like the Williamstown game was for FF . Of course that is if Bellaire actually gets to the Region Finals .

No one at ff expects the same result as the first game if we play Bellaire again

Yikes. Either blowouts or zero defense in round 1.

Weak region other than Fort Frye. Won’t get tested until final four.
