I have watched the dubbed “transfer” play in a couple 7 on 7’s for nelsonville and wow. He looks much better than Wilburn in my opinion. I know 3 is a great athlete but I’m thinking Trimble lost maybe the best offensive threat in the area.

I believe the 2005 OT game was corner pass to Trent Nott for the win. Not sure

2005 wasn't the OT game. It was the forward lateral that wasn't a forward lateral lol

You're wrong O&B. 04 was the lateral game, 05 was Trent Nott game winning td run from about 20 yrds out after Trimble stuffed Jay Edwards on 4th and goal in overtime

Yes, I was mistaken. Eric Davis Was a senior on the 04 team and he was the one that recieved the lateral from Jolley (a jr.) from the sophomore qb, Edwards. Not sure why I thought it was the other way around...

1 it was a forward lateral and very close to being down with the knee. From my view I said knew was down but four sure a forward lateral. If you ever was on a field officiating a varsity game you would know you see stuff different then the average fan does .2nd bashing Gary and Todd about playing safety is funning neither one is playing safety both play linebacker and corner so you should get you scouting report right. Both are good kids and good players.

I just watched that game the other day and from one teams view you can see a very close pitch, might have been a lateral might have been a forward pass. But from another teams view it was clearly a backwards lateral. That being said, the game is over. HOWEVER, with that game.....the rules state that a game can not end on a penalty. The debate would come from determining the severity of the penalty. A holding call may be a call that gives the offense one untimed down but a penalty like illegal forward pass is tricky because the offense would lose a down.....but the game can't end on a penalty.....we may never know if the correct call was made, but I can't wait to see the traditioned rivalry these two teams have built continue at Boston Field this year!

A half or game can't end on a defensive penalty. It can end on an offensive penalty.

Let’s just wait to see who wins this game! I think the coaching staff has done a fine job! Better leave OZ out of it I’m still trying to figure out if he was a better coach or AD! No one ever said Rusty wasn’t a good coach! He does a fine job for those Buckeyes!!

Does anyone think Waterford would have beat them once? NEVER! 3 times. He’ll this coaching staff can’t even win the J. V. League. GO CATS. Get more parents to coach!
Really I have no clue what I’m talking about! Oz couldn’t even keep a softball team together so he was no big loss in football! Rusty is a very good coach and his record shows it! We have a great coaching staff and I can’t wait for the first game! Our boys will be ready to rumble gtown style!!

Trimble has always had a softball team as far as I am aware. When was the last time they didn't? Just curious!

Heard he quit! Said Rusty offered him the offensive coordinator job at NY and he couldn't pass up the opportunity.
