Trimble has the same Phil Faires as always! What ppl fail to see and know is “Great Coaches” surround their self with great coaches and Trimble isn’t surronded by great coaches at all as everyone can see! Trimble’s great coaches got told to take a hike a few year back! That’s why you have started to see the wheels slowly fall off that program... that’s a fact jack
They must have learned to drive without the wheels. They did make the playoffs. Obviously you don’t consider the facts jack.

Stick to the game. I've had enough of people coming on these threads and running down coaches.

All my post did was suggest that we have a very good coach at "the Nelsonville-York high school".

As for the game, I suspect the Cats win this one but it will be close.

Trimble 32
Lucas 28

Can't really find much on Lucas.

Hype video someone made for them
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CigCLP3b8r4

Basically looks they mostly run with 6'2 190 sophomore QB Logan Niswander and #44 5-10 185 junior Jeb Grove

This should be a pretty tightly contested matchup IMO. Lucas likes to run #20 Hauger as well. On your way out of town I encourage you all to get some Besta Fasta pizza, good stuff.

I would like to congratulate the Tomcats on making the playoffs 8 years in a row despite significate injuries. I attended every game and enjoyed watching their progress. These boys along with the coaching staff have worked very hard in the off season as well in practice and they deserve to be in the playoffs. I predict a well earned win at Lucas. Go Cats. I predict that they will be in the playoffs the next 8 years also.

So apparently Phil wasn't doing much when he had those "great coaches" who have now moved over to Nelsonville. Can he get the game changed to Saturday night and have those coaches come back and help call the plays for this game?

I hope Trimble wins but think Lucas will be too much this year. Next year Trimble will be hard to handle though.

Lets forget the past coaches and concentrate of the present. With that being said Good Luck Buckeyes. Trimble has always had a winning tradition with or without those great coaches. I am happy that it took a coach from Trimble like Kevin Meade and Rusty Richards to help with the winning traditions at Nelsonville.....:) GO CATS !!!

Well said.Think cats got a good draw even though they almost had to book a flight for the game. The defense has been solid most of the year and the offense is mixing it up more, really like the cats in this one.Hopefully no jet lag.Good luck cats

Look at this way, on your trip you get to experience Trimble playing a team outside of the TVC for the first time in 23 games..

If the Trimble Middle school volleyball team can make a 140 mile round trip on a tuesday night to South Gallia, I'm sure the football players can make it a little further.
you can thank osu for taking away Saturday playoff games. And this week they play at noon.

Don't sleep on Lucas. They got homered at River. Up 21-0 in the second quarter, the officials took over. I WAS THERE. Illegal formations, no calls on obvious River penalties, illegal plays, phantom calls against Lucas....total biased officiating. Neutral field, Lucas wins with a running clock. The Lucas offense combined with their home field advantage will be too much for the Tomcats. My prediction: Lucas 38, Trimble 20.
