A win is a win, Bucks made a few mistakes early in the game.
I'm not sure what the officials were doing in the first half. Maybe it was their first varsity game......
Hats off to the Meigs defense. They played well at times.
Bucks still need to work on kick coverage.
Good luck the rest of the way Meigs!

I wouldn't say they played terrible. They had some issues in kick coverage and their were a few passes that should have been caught.
It is what it is.
We are at the point in the season where we have to coean up the little things. Playoffs are right around the corner!

NY 49
Meigs 14

Final

The Buckeyes move to 24-14 all-time vs. the Marauders. First ever double digit lead for NY in the all-time series.

I have seen a lot of things on my years of watching Meigs football. But last night.....yikes. That dang coach from Nelsonvile left kids in to run up the score. I think he did it to get a running clock in the fouth quarter. He has his varsity run the ball down inside the five and then puts in a freshmen to score so it dont look so bad. I haerd a coach say and I quote, "we need to leave them in will we get a running clock cause thats one of our goals"> News flash genius.....we hear lots of stuff from opposing coaches on the press box.

Shameful

Bart says that'll come back around.

I wouldn't say terrible either... but NY did have 3 turnovers. Once again terrible kick coverage. And the team seemed flat and uninspired. That said it's always nice to beat that A-Hole Bart.

Did all your years of watching Meigs football include 2013 down there, or are you a more recent fan? Who was the coach in 2013? I would say Bart is correct in his assessment, and that goes both ways, doesn't it?

Butthurt much marauder madness? Sounds like you got your butt kicked then wanna cry about it.guess what at the end of the day you still lost! Ya wanna really go there about sportsmanship? One of ny's players was repeatedly tackled around the head/neck area and even got his helmet pulled off! So go kick rocks and be happy you only gotta play Ny once a year!!!!!

It's your job to stop them! Get better! Not your job to coach N. Y.
