John Doll (??)

Post by Omega »

I ran across an Eleven Warrior article that mentioned a John Doll from Portsmouth who was on an Ohio State football roster in the early 1970's. The article implied he was a Portsmouth Trojan but my feeble mind places him at Portsmouth Clay. I think part of his notoriety as an Ohio State walk on was that he never played high school football, a sport never offered at Clay. Can someone turn on the way back machine in their mind and come up with a definitive answer where Mr. Doll matriculatecd in high school?
