The Southeast Ohio Wrestling Officials' Association will be awarding $1250.00 in scholarship funds this year. The deadline to apply is March 1. Here's a link to the application:

As of today, there have only been two applications successfully submitted. Part of the application requires the wrestlers' principal to review and sign so please don't wait to the last minute to prepare and submit. Deadline is March 1.
