TVC 2016 Meet Report-Girls

I put the two divisions together and ran them as one....Athens had been competing short handed off and on most of the season, but looked to have things going for the league meet.This came down to the last two events between Athens and Eastern. After 15 events Eastern was up by 8.5 points but Athens outscored them 28/13.5 to win. Alexander was a distant third and RV was right behind for fourth.

Athens

Athens scored in 16 events with SP being only one they didn't score. They had 6 1st places and had two girls score in 7 events. Six seniors placed.

Eastern

Placed in 15 events with 7 1st and had 5 events where they had two girls place. Two seniors placed. The PV and Lj didn't bring any points.

Alexander

Scored in 11 events with 1 first and had two events where 2 girls place. Two seniors placed. Discus, 1600, 400, SP, LJ, 3200 had no places.

River Valley

Placed in 12 events with a lot getting lower 8 points. 1 first place and 3 events had two girls place. 2 seniors. Did not place in the 100h, 100m ,PV, 300, and 3200.

Meigs

Scored in 14 events but not too many upper 8 places. 1 first place 2 events had 2 girls place. Didn't place in the HJ, 400, 3200

Nelson/York

10 events had girls place. One event had two girls place. Three seniors placed. 100m, 4x2, 1600, 4x1, 400, 800 and 3200 had no places.

Waterford

Scored in eight events with 2 events having 2 girls place. Three seniors placed. Scored in 100m, 4x2, HJ, 400, PV, 300, LJ and 4x4

Vinton Cty

Scored in 10 events. One first and 1 event had two girls place. Two seniors placed. Did not place in 100m, HJ, 400, 300, 800, 200, LJ.

Wahama

Placed in 4 events...100m, 4x2, 4x1 and 200

Belpre

Scored in the 4x8, 100h, 400, 300, 800 and 3200

Trimble

Placed in 1600 and 3200

Southern

Placed in the 4x1 and LJ
