The quarterback battle has me very excited for this one. Gullion for the Redstreaks and Vogelsong- Lewis for the Falcons. I’ll give the Redstreaks the upper hand in this one as I think the Redstreaks strong together a couple key stops and Gullion has a big game through the air. Redstreaks win 48-36.

Eagles come out and take care of business winning their first league championship in school history. Eastern wins 35-20.

This one could be interesting, Minford has the ability to keep it close for a while. I feel like this one is a 49-21 troupe game. Minford hangs around for a quarter or quarter and a half but Shanks, Futhey and the Tigers are too much for the Falcons.

Westfall (3-1) coming into the village of Piketon taking on the Streaks (1-3). These 2 teams have played 2 common opponents on the road as they both faced Adena and Southeastern. Piketon pulls off the upset 49-48 in quadruple overtime, Gullion will hit Chandler to make it 48-47, then Gullion sends the Redstreaks home happy running in the 2 point conversion.

The big key for Piketon in this one is they have to make stops and limit Adena’s offense. Offensively if Piketon can move the ball down the field and get a couple early scores and gain some early confidence it could turn into a great ball game.

Both teams coming in at 2-1 should be a good ballgame. I think Paint Valley takes this one 38-27.

Thoughts on this one. Adena is the league favorite while Paint Valley brings a new coach and some new faces into this one. Should be an interesting game.

From what I’ve heard Zane Trace has some good young talent, Don’t know much about Huntington but they’ll play hard. I’ll say ZT at home by 2 TD’s
