Re: 16 Team Playoffs worth it?
I say let everybody in and then start playing two regular season games per week. Can you imagine the money that the o h s a a would make. And also, all the orthopedic surgeons would also see. An increase in business. Regular season? What for? Make it like travel ball. Teams just travel to tournamen...
Re: DVI R23
You didn’t answer any of my questions. I want the best teams in each region to advance and I want the best matchups in the playoffs. Harbin points is broken. Old 8 team model didn’t give of us the best 8 teams and that’s fact. There was an upset in every region. No idea why people complain about mo...
Re: DVI R23
Who gives out trophies for making the playoffs ? I just want the best teams to advance and I think 16 teams is the best way to decide that. I get it you liked when it was 8 teams and all the teams would try to make the easiest schedules possible. Now losing a game or 2 don’t hurt you so we get bett...
Re: DVI R23
It doesn't. None of the underdogs is going to win the region, which is the whole reason they're doing this tournament. What? Enough of the crazy talk about winning the tournament. Everyone wants a participation banner so let everyone in. Who gives out trophies for making the playoffs ? I just want ...

Re: Time to go back to 8 team playoff???
There was an upset in every region. Like I’ve been saying the schedules are not even. You can’t just use top 8 and get the best teams in each region. I love deciding the games on the field. I love that coaches can be more aggressive scheduling during the reg season. Except, after ten weeks of games...

Re: Time to go back to 8 team playoff???
Why are we complaining about an extra week of football smh. You old heads never stop. Nothing to do with being old--just some people don't believe in the generation of participation trophies. Decide the games on the field not with computers. I'm wondering if you feel any different now that your tea...

Re: Playoffs : Reg 23- Tusky Valley @ Fort Frye
I'd be surprised if anyone here has seen Tusky Valley. Looks like a tough draw for an opening playoff matchup, but they're a low seed for a reason.

Re: Wk 10: Fort Frye (7-2) @ Waterford (6-3) “Battle for the River”
Is this the best chance the Cats have had in awhile to beat their cross-river rivals? Waterford always plays Fort competitively Coach Huck is 15-0 vs Waterford Battle for the River 08- FORT FRYE 14 Waterford 0 09- FORT FRYE 35 Waterford 6 10- FORT FRYE 27 Waterford 0 11- FORT FRYE 34 Waterford 0 12...

I'm taking The Vikings by a touchdown - more impressive wins over common opponents

Re: WK 7: Point Pleasant (1-3) @ Fort Frye (5-1)
Fort would love to play MVL schools similar size Philo , Morgan , Cambridge , West M , Crooksville , and Maysville Also would love to play Buckeye 8 teams such as Union Local , Martins Ferry , Harrison Central , and Indian Creek. Fort Frye was in PVC since the 60s. What did all those teams do run a...

Re: WK 7: Point Pleasant (1-3) @ Fort Frye (5-1)
What's your point? I'm sure they know ALL 3 of the teams in their league. If the TSL doesn't matter, then why did Fort Frye even join? My point is, noone cares if you win a league composed of 4 teams. The games matter, and however we can get games on the schedule then that's what you do. And...

Re: Wk 6: Fort Frye (5-0) @ Linsly (2-1)
I was the one that told you Warren game would be closer than you think. Fort is replacing almost every skill position from last year. And if Warren had a coach who actually knew what he was doing, Warren would’ve won. He leaves more talent on the sidelines than he has on the field too much. SMH You...

I only got to watch game 1, but I thought it might be the most balanced set of running backs they've had in awhile.EasternDspy wrote: ↑Fri Sep 08, 2023 10:31 pm Fort might of have had over 500 yards. They had 3 legit RBs. Sabo is having a nice year throwing the ball. Freshman Wr Hesson is going to be great.

They will bring about 30-50 family members , but they are the most kind and polite people you will find . Last season as their team was coming back into the Locker Room pregame they waved at the Bellaire fans watching from the stands . If you FF fans get the opportunity to speak with their Fans , p...
