West seems to be getting some phantom calls. The ones on the Ironton side looked legit. One kid got smacked out of bounds, one kid got tackled before the ball got there and the coach completely lost it and was screaming at everyone for the one unsportsmanlike. That one was legit. On a side note I love being a neutral observer at High school football games. Amazing how many people have no idea what’s going on but still completely lose it.

Pretty even the first few series.

Portsmouth has a ton of parking on the street and all around the schools, library and churches next to it. It also doesn't bottleneck as bad (if you know where to park) and everything is level.

Played 10 times between 88 and 05. Ironton holds a 6-1 lead in the regular season and 3-0 on the playoffs.

Portsmouth finally gets a stop at their own 28. Take over on downs to end the first.

21-0, Portsmouth is totally outclassed.

Very shaky start by the Trojans.

Columbus Academy just beat a Centerburg team by 3 td's that was 9-1 and beat some teams that are still alive in the playoffs, definitely not your average 5-5 team. That being said I still like West at home in this one, they are a good football team.
