Isn't it possible that ND voted South Webster #2 because they thought Manchester was better and deserved the #1 seed? Also, keep in mind that ND didn't become the #7 seed until after SW had already secured the #2. ND was tied for #6 and lost a coin flip to end up with the #7. Let's not get so drama...
