Matt Humphreys has offer from D1 Robert Morris
Poo Bear - either of these schools are (Big 10, SEC, ACC, Big 12 or PAC 12).

I believe Yates is a Preferred Walk-On at Ohio University.

How about somone who at least played high school football.
I agree, amazing that someone who didn't even play football would be recommended to be a Varsity Head Coach. Someone doesn't have a clue.

Re: Future Division I Quarterbacks in SE Ohio

D1? Am I missing something? Are we talking power 5 or group of 5? Not sure I have seen any D1 players. Power 5 and group fo 5 are all D1 schools. True, they are all D1 schools but most people would tend to agree that the Power 5 conferences are the big time programs to play for. If you have Offers ...

Haha Urban has never produced NFL QB’s and exactly why Burrow should transfer. Hope he transfers to Michigan and shows Urban the mistake he made. Burrow’s release reminds me of Tom Brady but has more mobility. Also I am not an Athens booster.

Re: National Letter of Intent NLI Day

Approximately 11,000 Senior Ohio boys playing high school football in 2017. There were 114 Ohio boys that received 100% full scholarships to a FBS college football team. That is 1.06% of all Senior boys that played Ohio high school football. Southeastern Ohio had Blaine Scott from Sciotoville Commun...

Re: National Letter of Intent NLI Day

I believe Southeastern Ohio had two D1 players that the college coaches deemed worthy of scholarships. One FBS going to West Virginia and one FCS going to Robert Morris.

This is why it is so difficult to compete for State titles in southeastern Ohio for division 3 and up.

Re: Holding a kid back, does it help??

In FBS power 5 football, kids get on the radar their freshmen and sophomore years and are committed prior to their junior football season. This is why it is so important to be more mature both physically and mentally. There are VERY FEW D1 scholarships awarded to Seniors based on their senior season.
