Re: TROJANS OFFENSE IN 2010

These comments are tongue -in-cheek...Right? ..I am hoping ...Because if they are not you obviously have not seen the quality of teams in the past 5-6 years who have been in D-4 and who have won. Portsmouth, who could be pretty good this year, would get skinned this year and any year by the level of p...

Re: IRONTON SEEKING TEAMS FOR PASSING CAMP IN JULY.

Hatred is a pretty strong word. Resentment for so many in-house "advantages" would probably be a better way to describe how most people I know feels about this program for the past 35 years.

I cant believe that Duane Estep hasnt been contacted....A Basketball coaching legend and a softball guru to boot... Kill 2 birds with 1 stone....If the Gallipolis power brokers didnt contact this real "Wizard" they need to explain why.

Re: GAHS to play final game on Memorial Field

I have a lot of fond memories of the place.Too many to really say. I have also felt MANY times that some C-4,strategically located at vital points at the facillity, would have been the best answer The 2 diamonds and the pig sty ....Wired to me..... But the place is ripe with memories for so many peop...

I gotta tell you Pup....You have a heck of a site. I am impressed and that aint easy I was impressed with you several years ago in Jackson, but all that drivel about the "Miracle at Memorial" and the ensuing poor predictions that you made, along with your subsequent dissapearance, made me co...

Re: A Lesson In Momentum

I think it is a great testament to Coach Hopkins and his ability to keep his girls interested enough to keep playing. The Blue Angels are physically as tough as any team out there and more so than most. They just need to find a way to close the deal and field it and catch it a little more efficiently...

1972....GAHS vs Wellston at the old Harmon Field Park. Stanley Perry had 20"some". Cant remember the exact amount but Stan or his brother might. The game was played in Point. Memorial Field was wet or flooded. Can you believe it?.. Stan's father,Ted, would remember if he were still alive. ...

Re: Gallia Academy 2010

How players play at GAHS in the last few years has been a problem along with the physical and mental toughness that it takes for kids and programs to be successful. No question about that. But I can assure you that the problems have ran a lot deeper than than that in the past few years in certain sp...

I feel I can speak for 4-ever BCM before he responds. 1st off I know for a fact he respects Marietta for their programs and their coaches, and especially their athletes and the competition they have provided for the school he follows. There is no question about that. He takes the high road on here ab...
