First off the QB at Ironton was told by Wheelersburg HC coach that he would not be the starting QB and he decided to leave. Bottom line!

Got to get these kids in the weight room working. I realize it is hard right now with the holidays coming up but this group needs to get a full off season in the weight room. The leadership in the weight room must show up within the kids themselves.

I think Ironton has a chance in this one. They need to have more of a running game with multiple backs. Power game of some sorts to keep the defense off the field will help a great deal. Good game by the Tigers looks like RH could be looking at a 2-8 season. Tigers still need to clean their special teams up before the last 3 games. Many play off points on the line the next 3 weeks.

Ironton needs to clean up their passing game. I am not sure at this stage of the season that we are little lost on what defenses the other team is in. Good luck this week and keep up the hard work Ironton. Hope there are no injuries for both teams.
