Re: Warren 72 Jackson 41 a final ...

Very young Jackson team 👍 .. I talked to Coach Morrow briefly after he was on the Jackson radio post game show ... told him that his boys did great, they LEARNED what it is going to take moving on ... Coach said the boys will regroup and look to keep improving ... Coach Morrow - class act - as he n...

Are you watching it? If so give us your assessment as to the level of play, strengths and weaknesses of the teams at some point after the game.

Re: 2/23 Jackson vs. Warren

That was some showing. I’m ok with say juggernaut. Swished first 5 3’s and 6 of first 7. Shot 61% on 3’s for the game and 60% overall. Stadelman is just flat out a problem. Best player I’ve seen all year. A smooth 25 and is everywhere on defense. Warren to me was as physical and as gritty as Jackso...

Re: Gallia Academy 38 McClain 32 a final

If I’ve got this right, Blair played 4 minutes in the first half, quite a bit of the 3rd quarter and no minutes in the 4th. Has he not been playing more recently? And no FG attempts for Franklin in the 2nd half? I agree Mock was especially important for GA. Just a way different look than this team s...

Re: Marietta vs Gallia Academy

As has been said before, each game is its own event with potential multiple factors that impact the outcome. This could be a close game, but can someone explain what happened with some of GA’s usual better scorers in their last game against McClain? Watched it but don’t understand it.

Too many injuries for Meigs and it feels as though the teams are going in opposite directions.
You may be right. Didn’t FU have a relatively new injury that could impact them? I’m not certain but someone knows one way or the other.

Re: Fairfield Union @ Meigs - Tuesday

This could be a great game. I know Meigs has had significant injury issues — not certain if Fairfield Union is 100% for this game or not. Despite the Marauders lineup challenges, I think this is a toss-up game or even marginal advantage to the home team.

Coshocton 65, New Lex 47

Not a great surprise that Coshocton could win this one, but the margin and ease of victory is a surprise. Those who follow these teams are welcome to provide more insight on this game and how these teams are playing at the end of the season. Are both situated for a good tourney run?

Re: GAHS vs McClain

I think the home team wins this one by 15, and can compete with Marietta if they catch the Tigers on an off night. That’s how unpredictable the Southeast can be. Having said that, at their best, Marietta may be the strongest team in any division in the Southeast.

No. BMG media streams everything free of charge. https://youtube.com/@bmgmedia9882?si=jrOWa5JEIRQ2Mddf And I want to add, as supporter outside of BMG's coverage area, they do a great job. I watched quite a few football games this past fall and they do a great job. I've caught a couple of basketball...

Isn't that what the JV team is for?
Play some younger kids to get some experience.
Don't schedule the game if you are afraid to lose.

Today's society is so soft.

Webster will cake walk to a district final. From there, Roberts will have to get over 20 a game to advance and he is still talented enough to dot it. Outside of Roberts, the other players are just going through the journey of playing high school sports. What do you think Roberts' future is after hi...

Alex Kendall, 34 points in a Marietta road win at Columbus Westland. Was the key this night on both ends of the court. Likely 15 rebounds or so and guarded the Cougar’s best player in the decisive 4th quarter.

Re: 2/13 scores

Marietta had to rely heavily on Alex Kendall on both ends of the court tonight — 34 points. Not sure of other stats but guarded Westland’s best player in the 4th quarter which proved to be critical down the stretch. Marietta 60-55. Final. Regular season concludes at 20-2. For a team that lost 5 of i...
