Ben Howlett was a great player at Marietta and the all-time leading scorer at the school. Went on to have an outstanding career as a 4-year starter at West Liberty (top 10 D2 program). I believe he was ~ Top 5 in the nation in scoring his junior or senior year. And now an excellent coach.

Still not a lot of kids doing it, so still an impressive feat. Not many kids average double figures for 3+ years. Why do we have to try and diminish kids’ accomplishments?

Can’t wait to hear all the ways people explain how this isn’t actually a good win for Marietta. Definitely one of the most athletic teams the Tiger will face all year. Kendall finished with 34 I believe.

Really sloppy game with no rhythm, which is exactly what Point wanted. Just one of those you have to grind out, but Marietta will have a much tougher test on Saturday.
