Re: Football Officiating Class to begin July 26
No worries there's zero things you can say that would change my mind on anything, your information isn't factually based more less you giving an overall opinion on a subject. I mean when I have to explain the rules to the officials I obviously know these classes don't work with everyone, and just b...

Re: Football Officiating Class to begin July 26
OH my, no the problem with your theory is the lumping of everyone into 1 box. Have I yelled at an official absolutely, however my overall knowledge of the rules is quite high. I've also told fans to sit down and hush when they're screaming and yelling at officials because the call was correct. Unle...

Re: 2021 VINTON COUNTY VIKINGS FOOTBAL
Well then, it's settled. VC will lose to NY and the team over the hill. NY will beat both of them and get the maximum playoff points.

Re: Football Officiating Class to begin July 26
It all boils down to the fact that you’re missing my point entirely, like you have zero comprehension of it. I’m not advocating either way what I’m saying is as long as there’s the human error aspect this will always continue. I’ve coached and know several officials 100% officials mess up if you do...

Re: 2021 VINTON COUNTY VIKINGS FOOTBAL
Stopped by a couple practices. Coach Carpo is a definite proven winner in the form of another former coach. Then boys was working hard on the flexbone. I doubt anyone other than maybe Paladin knows how to defend midline option OT inside veer. Vikes go 10-0 with the element of surprise on their side...

Re: I miss the Guru
Yes, I worked late last night, and was driving home between 10:30 and 11:00...so, I tuned-in thinking I would get some scores...but, no...no scores. They could hardly even get anyone to call in! I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be mean, but it was really boring and lacked information...please use this ...

Re: Offensive Guru Conference
Will the real guru Jim Pancake (of Caad Well fame) be speaking at this? Good old Jim Yea, he weren't too bright but he was hilarious to listen to. And what made it even more funny was that he wasn't trying to be funny nor did he know people were even laughing at him. When 107.7 hired his ...

Re: 2021 VINTON COUNTY VIKINGS FOOTBAL
NY seems to always find theirselves in a good position come week 10….. Yep. They call that tradition. NY left the Seoal in 70. Y’all wouldn’t have a top 3 finish had you not cut and ran. NY wouldn't have won many, if any though prolly would have had a few top 3 finishes. But, like Wellsto...

Re: Football Officiating Class to begin July 26
Dang dude a lot of hostility towards this topic, guessing you do officiating then. Every year there's these classes and every year someone wants to post about fans or parents taking this, bottom line is there's always going to be that problem whether it be with coaching or officiating. Nope, no hos...

Re: New player interview- Jake Gregg, QB, Wheelersburg High School
I absolutely hate what the kids have went through with Covid and all that entails, but bringing kids back for an extra year is not a good idea. There are too many reasons to even count, but this shouldn't happen and I hope it doesn't. If Democrat DeWine has his way we'll be going through the same C...

Re: 2021 VINTON COUNTY VIKINGS FOOTBAL
I agree……. Heard Wellston is going to be down, way down. Bulldog fans are saying they won't be as bad as everyone is saying, so it could work out a little different. Meigs is talking about how many points they are going to put up, but not sure about the defense. Look for Alexander and RV to be near...
Re: Region 27
Ouch. That’s a tough way to start the season, but also a great way to prepare for the post season. Rusty will have the Bucks ready. Can we fast forward to week one already?!?! I think if you look back the last time NY lost to those two to start the season they ended up with a title. But, I do not l...

Re: Football Officiating Class to begin July 26
You are probably one of those guys sitting front row trashing officials, get outta here with your nonsense! I've seen you on here bashing coaches and officials, so why don't you step up and nut up? This is your chance to improve the officiating in the area to your standards. No? I didn't think so. ...

Re: Nelsonville-York @ Trimble
This group of NY players and coaches want this game badly, per usual, but even more so this year. They do not want to make history by being the first ever to lose to the team over the hill four straight years. The odds are with the Buckeyes so I give them the edge if for no other reason.
Re: Region 27
I believe it will come down to Trimble and NC. They are pretty stout. NY has them back to back to start the season. Tough. One can beat you up and the other can finish you off. Ouch. That’s a tough way to start the season, but also a great way to prepare for the post season. Rusty will have the Buc...

Re: Offensive Guru Conference
There has never been an offense in the SE district like the 2014 Athens Bulldogs with Joe Burrow. That team destroyed everyone on their schedule, including scoring 60 at perennial power Steubenville. Athens lost in the state championship game 56-52 to Toledo Central Catholic only because their defe...
