Gallia is a 2 seed, right now. But Indian Valley, I believe is a 3 seed, and will likely get more points from a win than GA will over South Point. Claymont has 1 win so a win against claymont as you states counts for both L1 and L2 points. Which can make just enough difference to move IV ahead. But...

I think it's more likely that Indian Valley is #2 than GA being number 2. I went to WCH but I'm a Blue Devil by living in the community and my wife teaching for them.
