One thing about holding a kid back a is how it affects summer baseball if he plays... I am thinking that since I matured later and hung out with the classes below me that I might consider holding my kids back a year, but I don't want them to not be able to play baseball with the kids they take class...

I like that idea the best, but not very likely... If Belpre and NY joined the hocking with trimble and crooksville that's a decent league... Waterford has been decent lately as well... but keeping all this in mind... Look at this: TVC Ohio: Athens - 3 Vinton C - 3 Warren - 3 Meigs - 4 Wellston - 4 A...

Might as well add Warren, River Valley and Crooksville... then even out both sides of the TVC... I don't remember the enrollment figures... you could even justify having all the DV's and DVI in the Hocking and DIV and DIII's in the Ohio...

But what is the percentage of public schools to the percentage or private schools in the state? 85 - 15? Just a guess. We are looking at half of the state titles are almost won by private schools versus the majority of schools (around 80% lets say) are public schools. Anyone else see that as an issue?

Crooksville seems to be the best fit and with the enrollment of the rest of the schools in the MVL I think it would be time to get out unless Tri-Valley leaves...
