"One last point about the Bulldogs, quarterback TREY HARRIS has been the gas that’s been fueling the Athens Green Machine so far this year. A lot of different players have done their part to make the engine go, but it’s HARRIS who’s been adding the nitrous oxide. His stats after four games are down right awesome for a high school junior. 46-of-71-for-674 yards and the kid have yet to throw a single interception. Harris has been leading the ‘Dogs up and down the field with confidence poise and has been managing the game almost to perfection. His 10 touchdown passes is by far and away the best in the TVC."

"Schankweiler wasted no time scoring, taking the game's opening kick back 82 yards for a 7-0 lead.
"I didn't really do much at all really," Schankweiler said. "I think anybody on our team could have done what I did tonight on that first play. I saw the endzone as soon as I got the ball. That's a credit to all the kick returners and all the people blocking for me."
