Hopefully, MC's defense will be prepared, I kind of have a feeling they will be :122249 Key is the offense. They put up 14 points on the road (after a 2.5 hour ride), which was enough to win, and held a quality opponent to 7 points. MC lost very little in the defensive backfield from last year, and they held the Tigers in check in 2011.

Game is up in Slim Shady, off route 7 (if you've never been to a game up there and you are up that way on Friday, GO. Great place to watch a game, in a very nice town).

I'm going with the Noles, in a squeaker, 28 to 26. Make me right, Chief Jay and the boys.

People are down on the Noles but they beat a good team. Waterloo is 1 boy from being D4. They have separate starters on the dline and oline. They have few overall that play both ways. Plus they were good size with a hoss of a RB and another with speed to the outside. They play decent (not great) teams... some being D2/D3... and compete well

The Noles scored a 3rd TD but because Reffy McHappyFlags had decided from the beginning to be the difference in the game it was called back. My guess is 25 penalties were thrown... At least. Both teams would get something going and a holding penalty would kill a drive.

They drove 2.5 hrs, played a tough opponent in week 1, and came out injury free and with a win. they'll improve from week 1

Think i'm going to go with the Seminoles in this one. They're already battle tested and they always come to play. From what I read on another site, Shadyside's starters played less than a half of football. Will they be ready, in game shape, when the fourth quarter comes around? Also heard that one of their RB's got injured last week. Taking MC by 8 points.

Monroe went off last year at home winning,42-14.
Two years ago in Shadyside, the home team won,12-0.

Both teams seem like they are going to be in for good season this year and this game being a big game for both, with a lot of computer points on the line, when all is said and done.

The home team will want payback/revenge for last season.
With this in mind I thing S.S. comes out very emotional and gets off to a great start.
M.C. will will over come the huge start and win this one,35-21.

Mea Culpa!

Slim Shady 35

MC 7 Halftime.

Sounds like the wheels fell off the damned bus. I'm sure Coach Schuerman is raising Holy Hell in the locker room with his defense (or lack thereof). Oh boy. Looks like I may be making a phone call this weekend to talk him down off the edge. :(

the replay on channel 9 right now is pretty one-sided. seminoles look so small compared to shadyside, or is that so slow?
