I think River played a much better opponent week 1. That being said River cannot afford to lose ANY of these non-conference games as far as the playoff picture goes.

Watched the Necomerstown/Caldwell game. NHS is either great or Caldwell is dog crap bad. Newcomerstown's runningback looked like Eddie George in the game. QB looked very athletic.

A game River should win, but it's going to be much more difficult than week 1.

Not to take anything away from Newcomerstown, but Caldwell is very young and are replacing a lot of from last yrs team.

This. Newcomerstown does have a few nice players, but I feel that the overall talent on River's team will just be to much for the Trojans to handle. Taking River in this one by 3 TD's.

I think River wins, but I am hoping for NEWCOMERSTOWN to somehow pull off the upset.

Looks like 90 degree temps again for this one.

Caldwell made Newcomerstown look a lot better than they are. River should win but as bad as the league is who knows. Makes me glad my boy is a runner, never thought I'd say that. Positive is that as bad as the league is in football this year, it should be really good at basketball when it starts.

5 turnovers, 1 blocked FG, 1 blocked punt.

The weather will be no different this year. Hopefully the attitudes and focus from top to bottom will be.

The fact that Trail just beat Caldwell By a similar amount as Newcomerstown makes me feel a whole lot better about this game. River needs this one.

Pilots by a large margin. Evidently, Caldwell is as bad as they have been in a very long time.....
