Southeastern is a very young team. New coach, new offense, new defense, new attitude
Southeastern has a good chance this weekend. Offense looked good last weekend only being stopped by themselves with penalties. Special teams did good with kick Dylan Miles kicking range. I'm going on a limb and picking SE in an upset.

Symmes Valley big in this one. Look for them to bounce back after a close opener and make a statement.

Southeastern will be a tougher test than last week for the Vikings. However, SV's running game will be too much.

Don't know anything about Southeastern, still going with the Big Vikes. I think last friday was an eye opener for the Vikings. Eastern came ready to play ball, they have a nice team and I wisht them the best.

Southeasterns seems to be stiffer competition. Vikes are capable of controlling the whole game, but they can't afford another lackadaisical first half....

I hope Symmes Valley comes out a little more fired up this week...that was the first time i have ever seen a symmes valley team look that dead out there the first half. Hopefully they come out with some enthusiasm this week... best of luck to the vikings!!

In the football section of this week's SVC Sports Talk (podcast show of SVCsportszone.com), they talked a lot about the importance of the kicking game and the great ability of Dylan Miles...here is a link...just click hit play arrow, and FF to football segment about 1/2 way through...

Symmes Valley looked a little over confident in first game, Im sure coach webb wont let that happen again. Roll vikes!

Don't be fooled by the poor performance in week 1 by the Vikings, I'm sure Coach Webb won't allow them to go into this game overconfident. Symmes Valley rolls BIG

The Vikings move to 2-0 en route to another trip to the playoffs and probably another home game.

SE played most of the game with players sick. 4-5 starter couldn't play 2nd half. Not enough in the tanks. Hats off to the SV for a well played game. It looked interesting early. SE was out of gas early.

I've been to thousands of football games and I've never seen the tide turn as quickly as it did on southeastern. They came out on fire for the first 5 minutes then the train started getting momentum. Symmes valley went on a scoring binge and defense looked impressive. SVplay calling was great on both sides of the ball. I think what changed the whole game was the patented punt return wall that was created by sv. All kids, coaches, and fans stepped up because that southeast team wasn't bad at all. Hats off to the se kicker!
