Matt - It is always in terrible condition by midway through the season. No grass in the middle of the field and grass on the NE end of the field outside the hash marks is about 4 to 6 inches tall.

I was there in 2005 and the officials were commenting during pre-game that the field is always bad there and one of the worst that they work year-in and year-out.

Think that pretty much speaks volumes for itself......

It is not as bad this year...but still bad. They have added a new track to keep the spectators out of the mud. At least you get to enjoy the food!

physter - Absolutely! Their concessions are awesome. In my opinion, it is a toss up for the best concessions between the Wildcats and the Southern Tornadoes Band Moms. Two schools where you don't want to stop and eat before you get to the game!!!

Fed needs to get the mullett back. They are missing that old Akey Brakey defense dont you think? If not, teams will keep scoring a bunch on them. They will win this one without the mullett though.
