I got there in time to see Ironton go up 26-6 and I stayed until just under 5 minutes left in the game. I'm thankful I was able to come see a bit of history. The atmosphere was great. It was great to see all the fans on the home side.
Congrats to Coach Lutz - absolutely amazing career/accomplishment.

Also, congrats to Tres Wilkes on making the most awesome TD run I've seen all year on the fumble recovery/TD run to put the Tigers up by three TDs.

If you think that was good you should have seen the td run where he jumped a defender.

Second,I agree Tres Wilks' run was unreal awesome.
We need him to get more touches!He runs hard ALL the time.

Congrats to this team for winning this game. There sure were a lot of alums present tonight!! What a pity it had to rain - but no amount of rain could drown out Ironton's pride in Coach Bob Lutz's record-setting 361st win! Congrats to him, all the current team members and all the previous players who contributed to that amazing record. What a special night for a very special coach. I think you'd have to be dead if your heart didn't beat a little faster for our Ironton Fighting Tigers!
